Agogue is well knowledgeable searching for the chain of documents on various county websites to make sure there is no break in the chain of title. Each order goes through an examination process before being dispatched to clients. A neatly typed abstractor form is attached to the search package. We perform Current Owner search, 2 Owners Search, Gap search, HELOC search, etc. All title searches are returned back within 7 business hours. 

Commitment Typing / Abstract Typing

Loan Payoffs:

We on behalf of Title Insurance companies order Loan Payoff letters from the lenders. The turn time depends on the Lender. ATPL has the trained capacity of ordering 5,000 payoffs a month. We have developed an in house database of all the lenders with their contact details, ETA and also their requirements whether they need a fax request or Borrower’s Authorization letter. This database is regularly updated if any change in the Lender’s contact details or requirement is encountered
