Position: Data Entry Operator
Job Profile: 0-6 months experience in data entry and data conversion work. Typing speeds in excess of 40-50 wpm, Attention to detail and good grasping power. Education is not a restriction for the right candidate, for this post, but we require minimum 12th passed candidates.
Position: Head Training
Job Profile: Exp. of over 2-3 years, wherein one year of experience in typing; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent communication skills; people management skills; BPO experience preferred though not a must. Must be conversant in English and Marathi. The job profile will include giving training for soft skills, data entry skill enhancements and process specific training.
Position: Team Leader - Production
Job Profile: 2-3 yrs of exp. of which min. one year should be in a supervisory non-voice ITES/BPO Industry. Good communication and presentation skills. He/She should have leadership qualities and should have experience to manage large projects and a team of 40-50 data entry operators. Candidate must possess high level of energy, integrity, can-do-attitude, and passion for excellence and team spirit.
Position: Team Leader - QA
Job Profile: 2-3 yrs of exp. of which min. one year should be in a supervisory non-voice ITES/BPO Industry. Good communication and presentation skills. He/She should have leadership qualities and should have experience to manage large projects and a team of 40-50 data entry operators. Candidate must possess high level of energy, integrity, can-do-attitude, and passion for excellence and team spirit.
All the above positions require good oral and written communication skills in English, willingness to work in shifts (including night). Industry relevant (data entry and document conversion) experience of minimum 1 year will be considered as an asset. All positions are located at Chinchwad - Pune. Local candidates will be given preference.
